Astana St. Regis Hotel and Residence Project includes 52 Residence, 120 Hotel Rooms, 3 Floors Public Areas including Offices, Ballroom, SPA, Pool & Commercial Areas within the Totally 60.000m2 Construction Area. The Turnkey Contract of Novatek includes the Design & Construction of the following systems.
4 Pieces of Air Cooled Chiller Group with a Total Cooling Capacity of 1.237 kW. A Cooling Group including 2 pieces of 129 kW & 1 piece of 570 kW Dry Coolers. 4 pieces of Hot Water Boilers each one with a heating capacity of 3.000 kW. A Ventilation System serving all building, with a total capacity of 500.000 m3/h, including 32 pieces of Air Handling Units. Sprinkler & Fire Hose Cabinet Systems with 4 pieces of 36 m3/h & 80 m3/h Electrical Fire Pump Groups. Waste water filtration system with 80 m3/h filtration capacity.
