Project Description
It is a Village Residence Project designed for accommodation of Exxon-Neftegas Ltd. personnel who work at off-shore oil platforms. It consists of 100 luxury villas, public and service buildings, a general community centre, generator, power distribution stations and others and the complete electrical Works including HV-, LV-systems, design, material supply, installation based on lump-sum, turnkey delivery. Design has been executed according to NEC, BS, SNIP norms by Novatek. Also all material approvals and supply, and commissioning has been executed by Novatek.
10 kV power distribution system, 15MVA installed power, 6 MVA and 10 kV generator plant, 7 pcs dry type power transformer stations, security, fire alarm, card access, telephone, CCTV, automation and data network systems monitored &controlled from one location and based on fiber-optic technology, has been commissioned and are in use.
