The project covers installation, start up and commissioning of mechanical and electrical works of 20.000 m² of Johnson Matthey Auto-Catalyst Plant Phase 2. The main works items can be listed as follows:
VRF heating and cooling system
Air conditioning system with gas fired roof top units

Plumbing system
Syphonic rain water system
Earthing and Lightning Protection
MV, LV Distribution
Interior and Exterior Lighting
Small Power Distribution
UPS
Weak Current Systems such as Fire Alarm, Public Address and IT Systems
